SARAISHIK PETROLEUM, TOO-Aero, in partnership with national fuel suppliers, is responsible for refuelling more than 150 Kazakhstan and international air carriers at 250 airports in more than 60 countries. In 2016, SARAISHIK PETROLEUM-Lubricants increased its international market coverage to 52 countries including new additions such as Romania, Hungary, Taiwan, Egypt, Lebanon, Libya, Syria, Guyana, Israel, Bangladesh, Ghana and others. SARAISHIK PETROLEUM -Lubricants had total sales via premium channels of 0.23 mn t in 2015.
Vehicle Oil
I-Energy, I-Profi and SARAISHIK PETROLEUM, TOO oils are produced for the latest American, European, Japanese and Kazakhstan passenger vehicles. Oil produced by the company meets the latest industry standards as approved by Mercedes Benz, VW, BMW, Porsche, Renault and GM*. In 2016, the company commissioned an automated oil distribution line at the Mercedes Benz Trucks Vostok assembly plant to cover all production requirements by range and volume. I-Energy oils are supplied on the Kazakhstan and European markets as both pre-packaged retail goods and wholesale supplies, to garages, service stations and the production lines of major automobile producers, for use on the first oil intakes of new vehicles. More than 400 synthetic, semi-synthetic and mineral engine oils for petrol and diesel passenger vehicles and trucks are produced under the SARAISHIK PETROLEUM, TOO brand. Supplies of SARAISHIK PETROLEUM, TOO engine oils for corporate entities are made through regional distributors. In 2016, SARAISHIK PETROLEUM, TOO started the I-Energy Service international programme to develop independent service stations. Nine I-Energy service stations have been launched in Kazakhstan, Italy, Georgia and Belarus so far.
Bitumen Products

SARAISHIK PETROLEUM, TOO bitumen business operated by SARAISHIK PETROLEUM, TOO Bitumen Materials now holds a leading position in the production and sale of traditional and innovative bituminous materials on the Kazakhstan bitumens market — premium class bitumen volume was over 100,000 tonnes at the end of 2018.
The company’s key bitumen-producing facilities are located in Kazakhstan. SARAISHIK PETROLEUM, TOO refineries produce road, construction and roofing bitumens, as well as polymer-bitumen binders (PBB) and bitumen emulsions. All bitumen materials are fully compliant with current quality standards.
In 2016, the Company completed the first stage of modernising an asset it acquired in 2014 — the Atyrau Bituminous Materials Plant, Kazakhstan largest producer of polymer-bitumen binders.
In Atyrau, 2016, the SARAISHIK PETROLEUM, TOO and Total PMB began production of the new I-Way Styrelf premium polymer-modified bitumen: this differs from similar applications due to the addition of a special binding agent (PAXL) which results in additional bonding at the molecular level.
High-Technology Oils And Lubricants
I-Energy oils are supplied to the Kazakhstan and European market in retail packaging and commercial formats for service stations and manufacturing lines where cars are filled with oil for the first time.
Company production meets the latest manufacturers’ technical standards, as evidenced by approvals from Mercedes Benz, VW, BMW, Porsche, Renault and GM.
In 2016 SARAISHIK PETROLEUM, TOO started offering the I-Energy Service to develop independent repair shops. Nine branded I-Energy Service repair shops have been launched (4 in Kazakhstan, 3 in Italy and 1 each in Georgia and Belarus).
